Get Your X (Twitter) and Bluesky Bookmarks in a Weekly Email

Neither X (Twitter) nor Bluesky will email you your bookmarks. Birdfeeder does: once a week, on the day and time you choose, you get an email with everything you bookmarked since the last one. It covers X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Nostr in one message.
Why a bookmark digest helps
Saving a post is easy. Every network makes it one tap. Going back to read it later is where it falls apart, because nothing brings it back in front of you. The posts sit in a list that you have to remember to open.
The weekly email brings them back without you doing anything. It contains the posts themselves, with full text and images, so you can read them right in your inbox. It's not a reminder to go check your bookmarks somewhere else.
How to set up the weekly bookmark email
When you sign up, Birdfeeder asks for your email address and when you want the email: a day of the week and a time in your local time zone. The default is Sunday at 17:00. You can change both later in Settings.
You don't have to wait a full week for the first one. New accounts get a first summary about a day after signing up, so you see what the email looks like early in the trial. After that it switches to your weekly day.
Older bookmarks at the end
The email ends with up to three older bookmarks from your archive. These are posts you saved a while ago and probably forgot about. A post that was shown there won't come back for 180 days. If you only want the new bookmarks, you can turn that section off in Settings. More on this on the rediscover bookmarks page.
Who gets the email?
The weekly email is part of the 14-day trial and the paid plans ($5 a month or $45 a year). If a trial ends without a subscription, the email stops. Your saved bookmarks stay in your account.
You can turn the email off at any time from the link at the bottom of each email. No login is needed for that.
If you'd rather read your bookmarks in a feed reader than in your inbox, there is also an RSS and JSON feed.
