X has no button to download your bookmarks. Birdfeeder adds one. On the yearly plan, Birdfeeder imports your whole X bookmark history in one pass, not just the latest ones. Then open Settings and pick a format.
Exporting X bookmarks is part of the yearly plan ($45 a year). The trial and the monthly plan capture your new bookmarks, but the full history import and the X download come with yearly.

Each row has a link to the Tweet, the author, the full text, the date it was posted, and any notes and tags you added in Birdfeeder. Open it in a spreadsheet, load it into another app, or just keep it as your own copy.
Why keep the whole archive? X bookmarks break often. When an author deletes a Tweet, locks their account, or gets suspended, the bookmark turns into a dead link. Years of saved threads, links, and ideas can go away without warning. Your file keeps the text, so what you saved stays readable and searchable.
