What Birdfeeder does
Birdfeeder is a bookmark manager for X (formerly Twitter). By using Birdfeeder you connect your X account and we collect and organize your bookmarks on your behalf.
Keeping access to your account secure is your responsibility
You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to use X under its own terms in order to use Birdfeeder.
Paid plans are billed in advance
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Don't abuse the service
You agree not to misuse Birdfeeder, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in a way that violates X's own terms of service or applicable law.
Provided as-is
Birdfeeder is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss caused by changes to the X API that are outside our control.
We may update these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Birdfeeder after a change means you accept the updated terms.
